I didn't do a good job selecting head coaches in Madden in franchise. I'm the owner of the Dallas Cowboys and out of my 7 seasons being owner we made the playoffs only once: two seasons at 4-12, 3 seasons at 3-13, 1 season at 1-15, and 1 season at 8-8. Bad right ? Our head coach WAS Wade Phillips and our current head coach is Terry Robiske. We're currently 1-6 and we lost 3 of our games by 20+ points. I want to fire him, but I can't for some reason. Does anyone know how to fire your head coach during the season?

You can't. Madden doesn't allow that.

Did you start your franchise with default rosters? Wade Phillips being coach is a long since dead memory. Or nightmare.

Wade Phillips being coach is a long since dead memory. Or nightmare.

He was solid in Dallas.

He was 33-15 prior to a disastrous 2010, and he won the first playoff game for Dallas since the 1990s.

Sure, the 2007 loss to the Giants was a huge disappointment, but Wade shouldn't shoulder the failings of a poorly run organization, which they were while he was there.

I consider him a poor head coach, but a pretty fantastic defensive coordinator. He turned DeMarcus Ware into the monster we know and love. Our team just didn't believe in him as a head coach, and that's why we failed in 2010. That and Tony Romo getting hurt.
