How to Add Teams and Players with offline editors?

I don't know which editor does this. I tried 3 versions of NZA's madden editor (1.3, 2.0, and 2.9), and they all don't support this features. I have other editors, but some of them crash, while others don't seem to have this feature either.

I was looking for a quick alternative with extra options. But yes, it came down to doing just that.
