Which would be what? What is it that is missing, what is it that has not been modded after you go through the process of modding?

Get rogerjinx's roster and Darkommis Player Portrait pack here viewtopic.php?f=12&t=18316 They come in .7z so use 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/
Put the .dats in the Documents\Madden NFL 08 Folder and put the .ros in the Documents\Madden NFL 08\Roster folder (make sure you used the one called 2016JINXROSTER v0.2.ros)
God bless america!
Re: Starting Guide for New Players
If you have placed the roster (.ros) file of your choice into Docs\Madden\Rosters and are not able to view the contents or manage the players in that roster using the Madden main menu, then...
1. Did you actually place the roster (.ros) into Docs\Madden\Rosters?
2. Did you actually place a roster (.ros) into Docs\Madden\Rosters?
Note the parts emphasized with underlining.
Otherwise...
Try just loading <default roster> and then reloading the custom roster of your choice.

Re: Starting Guide for New Players
Ok, after down loading FF-FI XV 2.0 I I copied "launch.dat" and "launch.dat-orig" from "Program Files" folder and put them in C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Madden NFL 08\ , replacing the default file.
I then went back to the "Program Files" folder, and open the "Data1" folder. Copy the files "UIS_LIB_Stadiums.dat" and "UIS_LIB_Stadiums.dat-orig" to the "Data1" folder, which by default is C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Madden NFL 08\Data1\.
I copied the the files from the "Documents" folder to Documents\Madden NFL 08\.
When I select Madden 08 the mod initial screen pops up. When I then select play the non mod game pops up/
I don't think I missed anything; Replaced all the files.

Re: Starting Guide for New Players
The roster file I used was the Jinks roster loaded prior to down loading the FF-FI mod
Re: Starting Guide for New Players
The game loads with the right players but no new uniforms, stadiums, etc.

Finally.
Are you sure you placed all FF-modded files, including possibly UNIFORMS.dat and STADIUMS.dat, into Docs\Madden 08\, replacing any existing unmodded files?
There are several files in Docs\Madden which need to be added or replaced.
Also... did you make sure that only the specified FF-modded files were used in Program Files, and only the specified FF-modded files were used in Documents? There is a difference, you can't just throw any file into either folder.
Also, are you sure you installed not just FFXV but also the two Hotfixes?
Re: Starting Guide for New Players
The two Hotfixes? Where those part of the FF-FI mod?
Re: Starting Guide for New Players
I've decided to start from scratch; deleted Madden 08 and all associated files. Re-down loading game from 08 disc.
