No particular reason, the host website probably took it down after a certain number of years. Even so, you can download it and use it with MadMod-X's download. Playbook merger is found in MadMod-X's Utilities folder.

Hey, is there a way to reupload the version 2.0 of the coop mod? I have trouble making version 1.0 work

Where could I find the 1992 roster files? Or have the early 90's never been made. I see only two rosters for 1995 and 1996.

As far as I am aware, they've never been made in full. I could be wrong though.
