There is no program these are just mp3's (not eam's) just put them in your music folder. They are a pretty good set of a lot of NFL films music.

Yea check the uniform mod section, as I'm not sure where the dat file for created teams go but using the halfrack uniform ripper you can create a uniform file and replace a team's dat file using your custom uniform for instance change the seahawks default home uni to the old gray uni.
