I was wondering will there be a madden roster editor like amp for madden 24 cause this roster bug that makes a edited player have 31 yrs in the league and then retires I just wanted to know if its possible to get a madden 24 roster editor like amp.

It is extremely doubtful that there will ever be madden 21 support included in AMP. Previous years madden rosters were based on the db format, and AMP is reliant on tbdaccess.dll which handles the reading/writing of the db files. Madden 21 has a completely different format and would require develop...
